Welcome to our Client FTP site. For security reasons, TLC requires authentication to this site. You will be required to enter a username and password. If you are a new user or do not have this information, it will necessary to contact our Information Technology department in Orlando. Please call 800-841-9054 and contact Joe Perry, Giovanni Gomez, or Bob Wheeler.

Our Information Technology department will provide you with a username and password. Links to our FTP Folders, and instructions for thier use will be e-mailed to you shortly thereafter. Each Project is assigned to a particular folder, and permissions are granted for the specific folder.

For optimization purposes, we encourage you to utilize compression techniques such as a ".zip" file (download WinZIP here).

Our Client FTP site is compatible with most browsers and is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer. Please be sure to disable your "Passive FTP" option to ensure firewall compatibility (troubleshooting information).

If you are uploading files, please inform the recipient at TLC. Files older than 30 days are purged from the Client FTP site. Please contact our Information Technology department if you require assistance.
