What
you can expect...
The hiring process is fairly straightforward. If you meet the qualifications
of a current career opportunity, you will be contacted by one of our
Corporate Recruiters.
We begin with a pre-qualifying interview with a Corporate Recruiter.
This is an opportunity to discuss your experiences, qualifications,
and career aspirations as they relate to TLCs strategic business
plan. Next, you will talk directly with a member of the division you
would like to join. If interviewing for a technical position, the
discussion will include a technical assessment. Once we have agreed
upon the appropriate position for you to begin building your future
with TLC, we will arrange an interview in our office. Your office
visit will include an assessment center, panel interview, office tour,
and complete benefits overview.
All resumes are retained for a six month period. Re-application is
not required for future opportunities.
