Our pay philosophy is based on performance and
experience. TLC conducts an annual compensation
review to benchmark wages in the marketplace.
In addition to your Competitive Base Salary,
all employees receive a profit-based bonus at
the end of the year through our Employee Incentive
Compensation Plan. And while you are reaping
these rewards today, TLC is developing your financial
freedom for tomorrow with a 401k Plan that
surpasses industry standards. TLC's profit based
matching program generously contributes 50 cents
to every pre-taxed dollar up to 6% depending on
your contribution. TLC may make an additional
contribution to the 401k Plan for all employees.
