Translating project requirements into functional designs helps Cocoa provide innovative solutions for high-rise office and residential buildings; SMART Schools, prototypes, other K-12 projects; cruise terminals, medical office buildings, and military installations. Clients value our solid work ethic, insight into the market, and skillful coordination, and rely on us to deliver on schedule and within budget. Our staff includes six LEED Accredited Professionals, an ACG-Certified Commissioning Authority, a diplomate member of the American Board of Forensic Engineering and Technology, a director of the Economic Development Commission of Florida's Space Coast, a certified manager for the Institute of Certified Professional Managers, secretary of the Spacecoast chapter of the Society of American Military Engineers, an SBCCI Inspector, a Licensed General Contractor, two Certified Special (threshold) Inspectors, and a Certified Novell Administrator. Cocoa earned a FICE Grande Award for design of Port of Miami Cruise Terminals 3, 4, and 5, and a FICE Honor Award and ASHRAE Technical Award for the design of Ralph M. Williams Jr. Elementary School.
