Director of Marketing *Ownership potential
As Marketing Director, reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the marketing effort of 9 locations. Supervising a staff of nine, the Director is charged with marketing direct pursuits and coordination of those efforts, developing and implementing corporate strategy for future business development and branding, encouraging and leading cohesive interdivisional marketing efforts, providing marketing training to internal staff, analyzing collateral materials, and functioning as the Lead Marketer for the organization. Acting as a liaison both internally and externally, you will interact with our Board of Directors, shareholders, clients, engineers and professional associations within the design community.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Architecture or Engineering, 10+ years marketing director experience for a multi-office A or E setting, knowledge of the Florida design community, excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills, proven project pursuit success, and a minimum of 5+ years supervisory/management experience of a marketing & P/R staff .

Marketing Representative

As a TLC Marketing Representative, you will represent the firm in developing effective marketing strategies and proposals, pursuing leads, & qualifying future projects. Strong written and oral communication skills will be necessary to effectively interact with all levels of divisional and corporate staff.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience in business development for engineering and/or architectural design firms. Demonstrated ability to act independently in the pursuit of leads, networking, cold-calling and lead tracking are essential. Strong Market analysis skills, a complete understanding of capital improvement plans and the A/E bid process are crucial to success in this position. Preference will be given for candidates with higher education, K-12, commercial office, mixed use & healthcare familiarity.

Graphic Design Specialist

As a Graphic Design Specialist, working in our corporate location in Orlando, you will produce graphic art and visual materials in a variety of formats and media in support of all TLC divisions.

Ideal Ideal candidates will possess: Bachelors Degree, 3+ years experience developing marketing/graphic materials including presentations, proposals, brochures, advertisements, announcements, calendars, & posters. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 3, Powerpoint, Microsoft Office, and Dream Weaver. Working knowledge of photography & multi-media applications. Ability to work collaboratively, creatively and in a fast paced environment

Computer Technician

As a Computer Technician, you will provide support to users of PCs and laptops for all 12 divisions throughout the firm including hardware/software installations, computer inventory maintenance, troubleshooting day to day problems, working with PDAs, blackberries, printers and scanners.

Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma and 1+ years of prior IT experience in a professional office environment. A+ or Network certification is required. MCP certification is a plus. Comprehensive knowledge of PCs, laptops (Toshiba is a plus). Working knowledge of Windows XP & MS Office. Excellent communication skills. Ability to organize, plan and efficiently use time. A keen knack for detail and accuracy.

As a Marketing Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for our clients-whether over the phone or in person-providing them with Extreme Service. Your responsibilities will include managing a multi-line phone system, data entry, filing, typing and working closely with the Marketing group to assist with the clerical tasks necessary to run a successful engineering office. You will also be in charge of distributing any incoming documents-mail, Fed Ex deliveries, and faxes.

Ideal candidates will possess 3+ years clerical experience in a professional engineering office. Advanced level skills in MS Word including templates & mail merges, Excel including pivot tables, graphs and formulas, PowerPoint-including presentation editing and Outlook including task manager and scheduling. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 3 a plus. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to interact with various levels of employees.
