Under the direction of Steve Rollin, the Deerfield Beach office is committed to building and maintaining good relationships with clients and team members. With a wealth of experience in airport, cruise terminal, retail, hotel, office building and university design, the Deerfield Beach office is well positioned to serve our clients in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Special expertise includes LEED design and consulting, energy modeling and commissioning, as well as design for thermal energy storage, large central energy plants, master planning, laboratories, and computer centers. Our diverse staff includes six LEED Accredited Professionals, an ACG-Certified Commissioning Authority, a Registered Communications Distribution Designer, and a member of the Board of Governors of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers. The office is also represented on the South Florida Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council.
