expansion at Dr. P. Phillips Hospital will double the
size of the hospital and provide space to serve Southwest
Orlando’s rapidly growing population. The project
includes a new five-story, 96-bed patient tower and renovations
to the existing hospital including a new main entry, new
reception area, and the renovation of 10,300 sf of existing
space into a new immediate needs intensive care unit.
A five-story, 860-space parking garage will be connected
to the hospital via elevated walkway. Serving the hospital
will be a new central energy plant designed to meet current
needs while providing space for future expansion. |
