is the strong suit at Ft. Myers, whose
portfolio ranges from institutional to high-rise residential
condominiums. We deliver creative, cost-effective designs
for K-12 schools across the state, as well as for local
governmental facilities, community colleges and universities.
Clients trust us to conduct research, present options,
and deliver thorough, accurate, timely documents. A
leader in green building design in southeast Florida,
we have six U.S. Green Building Council LEED-Certified
projects, 18 LEED-Registered projects that are in design
or construction, and one project that is certified by
the Florida Green Building coalition. Our skilled staff
includes 11 LEED Accredited Professionals, four ACG-Certified
Commissioning Authorities, a Certified Energy Manager,
a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer
(RCDD), a licensed threshold inspector, and a master
electrician. Key professionals serve as secretary of
the Southwest Florida branch of the U.S. Green Building
Council, a board member of the Electrical Council of
Florida, Edison Chapter, and as a vocational education
engineering instructor.
