The
exhibit hall building, with its dramatic architectural,
exhibition-style lighting, serves the JW Marriott and
the Ritz Carlton Hotel, both of which are part of the
500-acre luxury Grande Lakes Resort. Stand-alone mechanical
systems serve the space, with the mechanical room located
in partitioned portion of the exhibit hall. An estimated
5,000 sf of covered walkways connect the existing building
to the hall’s two main entrances and the service
entrance. The project included a power upgrade as well
as removal of a parking lot to make room for the exhibit
hall building. |
