In Jacksonville, we are committed to developing lasting relationships by consistently delivering excellent design services to building owners and architects. A team approach helps us provide our clients valuable input during the design process. We are highly experienced in hospital design, with projects at Baptist Health Systems, Mayo Clinic, Memorial Hospital, St. Luke's and St. Vincent's medical centers; and in higher education, with projects at the University of Florida, University of North Florida and Florida Community College. Our portfolio also includes central plants, bio-hazard level BL-2 and BL-3 laboratories, call centers, and high-rise office and residential facilities.

Our growing staff includes 23 LEED Accredited Professionals, four ACG-Certified Commissioning Authorities, two Healthcare Facility Design Professionals, a certified Lighting Professional, a Registered Communications Distribution Designer, and two Certified Plumbing Designers. Long active in industry associations, our professionals serve as:

A leader in sustainable design and LEED consulting services, TLC Jacksonville has provided engineering and/or LEED administration services for 13 LEED-certified projects - six Gold, five Silver, two Certified. The TLC Jacksonville office is the first project in Florida to be certified for LEED for Commercial Interiors and the first building in Jacksonville to achieve Silver certification.
