Midtown
Miami is coming to life, bringing a new kind of sophistication
and flair to downtown. Residences, shops, restaurants,
and parks are springing up along cobblestone streets at
the site of the former Buena Vista Rail Yard, along with
a newly created boulevard bissecting the 66-acre site.
The Midtown Group of New York and Miami is developing
the east side of the boulevard and Ohio-based DDR is developing
the west side. TLC teamed with several architects to provide
design services for 10 of the 11 planned multi-story,
multi-use buildings and office buildings. Careful coordination
helped us design efficient, cost-effective, flexible systems
that serve varied initial needs while allowing for future
growth. TLC's projects include 2 Midtown, 3 Midtown, Midtown
East, 5 Midtown, 6 Midtown, the Midtown Offices and the
New Midtown Offices. |
