A strong directoral team and the addition of communications, technology and security system design to our structural and MEP services strengthens TLC's presence in the Tennessee market. Led by Russell Skrabut, PE, LEED-AP, a TLC principal and structural engineer, and Stephan Kemp, PE, a principal and mechanical engineer, our talented staff provides engineering design for hospitals and medical office buildings all over the U.S., as well as for universities, high-rise residential buildings and corporate office buildings. Special expertise includes 10 LEED-Accredited Professionals, two ACG-commissioning authorities, a Registered Communications Distribution Designer, four Certified Plumbing Designers, two licensed threshold inspectors, and a Microsoft Certified Professional. Our staff includes a member of the national board of the U.S. Green Building Council, an authority on the BACnet data communication protocol, and the president of the Nashville chapter of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers.
