Phase I included enlarging and renovating the ED, Admitting area, and the Urgent Care Unit. Phase II included a four-story addition featuring office and administrative areas, a new outpatient lobby, the ICU and medical-surgical beds. Two new 400-ton chillers were added to the central plant, expanding the hospital load capacity to 1,000 tons.
