The
Orlando Division specializes in providing multi-discipine
design services for large public-use buildings, including
the Dr. P. Phillips Orlando Performing Arts Center, and
the Citrus Bowl, and the Amway Center, home of the Orlando
Magic. We are experienced in high-rise residential, corporate
office building, K-12 and higher education, courthouse,
jail, prison, mixed-use building, hotel and exhibition/convention
center design. Our diverse MEP expertise includes pre-conditioned
air, thermal energy storage, historic preservation/renovation,
and design/build. On the structural side, our expertise
includes post-tensioned concrete design; seismic forces
on bridges; and complex foundation/truss/frame systems.
Using state-of-the-art software, our professionals conduct
in-depth systems analyses for repair, reuse or renovation
of existing structures. With a team that includes nine
USGBC LEED Accredited Professionals and an ACG-Certified
Commissioning Authority, the Orlando Division is in the
forefront of sustainable design. Our green portfolio includes
OUC Reliable Plaza, Darden Restaurant Headquarters, the
Orange County Medical Examiner's Office, and of course,
the three Orlando venues.

and state chair of the Florida Healthcare Engineering
Association Codes & Standards Committee. Healthcare
boasts nine LEED Accredited Professionals, a National
Society of Professional Engineers Distinguished Service
Award winner, and the winner of the Florida Engineering
Societys Outstanding Service Award.

leading-edge audio/video presentation, voice/video/data
distribution, and security designs. Our innovation helps
enhance creativity, personal safety, and productivity
in schools, universities, courthouses, jails, corporate
offices, call centers, public safety facilities, healthcare
facilities and exhibition/convention centers. Supporting
our clients unique operations and providing the
flexibility to accommodate future technology are major
goals of every project we design. Graduate engineers
in telecommunications, a graduate architect, eight BICSI
Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDDs),
two CPTED-certified professionals and three Certified
Technology Specialists make up our talented staff.
