office spaces and four levels of covered parking, this
16-story tower reflects the new urbanization of downtown
Orlando. The fifth-floor amenities deck features resort-style
swimming pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace and lounge,
outdoor art gallery, and athletic club. The residents’
lobby, office spaces and a full-service supermarket are
located on the ground floor. High performance HVAC systems
meet the design goals for comfort and safety while reducing
long-term energy costs. Smoke control systems for high-rise
design were integrated into the HVAC system, which successfully
incorporated the requirements of the grocery store.
