With close ties to civic, community and business organizations and long-term commitments to Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and Patrick Air Force Base, TLC Cocoa plays a major role on the Space Coast.

Sustainability, energy audits and energy modeling are strengths of the Cocoa Office. Our experience makes us uniquely qualified to address military design and construction criteria including UFC, ATFP, Epact, LEED, Specsintact, Progressive Collapse and other specialized requirements.

In addition to federal work, our portfolio includes high-tech laboratories; K-12, higher education, correctional and critical use facilities; and award-winning cruise terminals. Our engineers are deeply involved in USGBC at the local level including board representation on the Brevard branch of the Central Florida Chapter.

Some of our key projects include the Ft. Bragg Elementary/Middle School in Ft. Bragg, NC, the Florida Atlantic University Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute in Ft. Pierce, FL, and the Science Consortium Prototype, which is being used in community colleges throughout Florida.
