Our Dallas-based engineers offer clients broad expertise, in-depth knowledge of the local marketplace, and strong experience in sustainable design and commissioning. The office, located in the Fitzhugh Central Building in downtown Dallas, was engineered by TLC and achieved LEED® for Commercial Interiors Gold certification.

Some of our projects include Portneuf Medical Center Rocky Mountain Ambulatory-Surgery Center in Pocatello, ID; Methodist Hospital for Specialty Surgery in Addison, TX; and Campus at Legacy, Buildings 1, 2 and 4 Corporate Offices and Data Center in Plano, TX. We also engineered the Dallas South Central Police Station, the city’s first LEED-certified police station.
