TLC Corporate is the firm’s nerve center, providing behind-the-scenes support so our offices can focus on project design and client needs. This support is organized into four major areas:

• Marketing helps each division focus on meeting the project needs of our clients. Through our corporate talent network, we are able to provide clients with the best team for their specific project needs.
• Information Technology manages the broad spectrum of software and hardware TLC uses to provide seamless integration with our clients’ systems.
• Human Resources provides TLC a steady stream of quality talent and manages our comprehensive staff benefits program.
• Finance and Accounting assists each division in managing the time and dollar budget for each project and oversees fee collection, as well as assuring the overall financial health of TLC.
