Whether developing the plan for adding floors to a five-star resort in a seismic zone or delivering quality HVAC to a tenant space, we bring our expertise to the table and deliver quality engineering designs.

TLC Orlando is proud to have led the green movement in Central Florida, obtaining a number of firsts, including the first LEED® certified project, the first LEED Platinum project and the first LEED athletic facility.

Some of our key projects include the Dr. P. Phillips Orlando Performing Arts Center, Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach and the Darden Restaurant Support Center in Orlando.
