Tallahassee
Nestled in the rolling hills of North Florida, TLC Tallahassee has been providing flexible and effective engineering solutions to the state’s government, university and healthcare markets since 1987. Understanding that our clients must adhere to strict budgets, standards and guidelines, TLC delivers cost-effective, strategic designs. This attention to detail makes us the go-to engineering firm in the state capital and beyond.
A long-time proponent of sustainable design, we have engineered numerous LEED-certified and registered projects including the Florida State University Kirby W. Kemper Off-Grid Zero Emissions Building, which is designed to LEED® Platinum criteria. We also engineered the city of Tallahassee’s Solid Waste Administration Building, the first LEED-certified building in Tallahassee.
Other major projects include: Tyndall Air Force Base Fitness Center in Panama City, Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Cancer Center and the LEED-certified Florida State University’s Life Sciences Teaching and Research Center.
