Our engineers have extensive experience in the various construction delivery methods, in particular, design-build. We have completed more than $500 million in design/build projects for the University of South Florida, Tampa International Airport, MacDill Air Force Base, the General Services Administration and Orlando International Airport.

TLC Tampa’s projects include the Tampa Museum of Art, the University of South Florida Marshall Center, and the Sam Gibbons Federal Courthouse Energy Improvements. We also engineered the Sand Pearl Resort in Clearwater, the first LEED® certified hotel in Florida.
