TLC's 150th LEED - certified project is Gainesville's Senior Center achieving LEED NC 2009 GOLD!   Originally proposed to earn Silver certification, the Design/Build Team (MRI, Brown and Cullen and Mills Gilbane) exceeded expectations and delivered LEED Gold.  TLC team included Jim Mullen, Gary Jeffries, Steve Cotton, Mo Pariag and Eric Bradford. 

TLC's 149th LEED - certified project is the Tampa Lighthouse for the Blind in Winter Haven, Florida. 
TLC Cocoa provided structural, MEP, LEED administration, energy modeling and fundamental Cx for this 7,000 sf of administrative, clinical and training spaces which has achieved LEED-NC v2009 Silver certification.  Our architect partner was Wallis Murphey Boyington Architects, Inc of Lakeland, Florida.

TLC's 148th LEED - certified project is the first LEED for Schools V2009 GOLD project in the state of Florida!  Charlotte County School's new Meadow Park Elementary School is only the 15th school in the country certified under this version of LEED which includes stringent acoustic requirements.  TLC Ft. Myers provided MEP and structural engineering, along with communications & technology designs for architect Reynolds Smith & Hills.  The school was constructed by Owen-Ames-Kimball Company.  TLC team members include: Jim Keohane, Jim Wing, Todd Haro, Lawrin Ellis, James Miller, Mark Hauser, David Southwick and Irene Pratt.

Moody makes it 147! by TLC Newshound

Congratulations to TLC Jacksonville for achieving LEED NC 2.2 Silver certification on the Child Development Center at Moody Air Force Base.  The 32,700 sf single-story building was designed by KBJ and TLC, constructed by Sloan and Batson-Cook in a design/build delivery.  TLC provided MEP/LEED administration, energy modeling and fundamental commissioning!
