Extensive Energy Modeling Expertise

- Energy simulation analysis to compare the building’s design energy usage with the ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2007. TLC can predict energy use via a 3-D computer model that analyzes building envelope, HVAC, plumbing, and lighting system options and compares alternatives. Energy simulation models can be performed for LEED buildings and at the SD, DD and CD design phases.
