Passion fuels our
commitment to green: A passion for
simple, efficient solutions that are healthy
for the people who live, learn, and work
in the buildings we engineer. And
healthy for the environment.
TLC's commitment
to sustainability has made us a leader
in the green building design movement
in the Southeast. Sustainability is woven
into our corporate culture:
Our
green team includes 105 LEED Accredited
Professionals, 26 ACG-Certifed Commissioning
Authorities and a certified geothermal
designer.
More than 37% of TLC's professional
staff are LEED Accredited Professionals.
Our design/commissioning
portfolio includes 65 LEED Certified
buildings totaling more than 7.7

Lots of "firsts"
propelled TLC to the top ranks in
sustainable engineering. We have

Green Building Council.
Since engineering
the first LEED-Certified project
in Florida in 2003, TLC has provided

more than 300 projects in 14 states,
plus Italy and the United Arab Emirates.
In addition, we are committed to
the 2030 Challenge and have current
