As the largest mixed-use development in Orlando’s history, The Plaza served as a catalyst for the revitalization of downtown and helped change the city’s skyline. Rising high above Orange and Church streets, the project consists of two office condominium towers, a residential condominium tower, space for shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities, and multilevel parking. The 256,793-sf, 11-story south tower and 146,175-sf, six-story north tower sit on top of nine levels of parking, with 69,711-sf of retail and restaurant space at ground level and a 55,000-sf, 12-screen theater on the second level. Office penthouses are located on the top floor of each office tower.
